Marketing Strategy Leader is a boutique consulting firm founded and led by Hester Tinti-Kane. Hester is an award-winning, strategic marketing leader with deep experience in digital communications strategy. An expert negotiator and collaborative partnership developer, she’s led internal cross-functional teams and external relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets, national associations and third party research groups. With over twenty five years in the education industry and four years of college level teaching, Hester brings extensive experience and a large, valuable network to our engagements with organizations. Our Learning
With constant, real-time shifts in our discipline, we keep our learning current through ongoing professional development. And we understand how important it is to pass what we’ve learned along to the next generation of marketers. That’s why Hester teaches marketing analytics and related courses at the Gerrish School of Business at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. This formal, semester-long instruction can be broken down into workshops and delivered inside of companies. And since organizations sometimes need the development of specific individuals, we also provide one to one coaching for rising leaders in the field.

The list of capabilities she brings to our clients includes strategic marketing and communication, partnership development and management, and marketing analytics. Hester also brings our clients expertise in thought leadership development, market research, event program development, and presenting, hosting and moderating. Our most recent client engagements include HERDI (the Higher Education Research and Development Institute), and Cengage Group. HERDI is our longest client relationship – we’ve been working together since we launched Marketing Strategy Leader in 2019!
